Ina Gilmore, M.D. is The Knitting Dr.

The Knitting Dr.

An avid knitter, she taught herself to knit from a book at age 8.  Being a somewhat <ahem> independent child, she didn’t ask for help.    Only years later when she graduated to circular knitting did she realize she’d taught herself a new knitting method, which she still sometimes uses.

She now knits and creates her own designs.  She’s also a freelance writer.
