I've been knitting for three years and learned socks about six months ago. Yep, it does relieve stress. In the evening when I am tired but can't go to sleep I knit on my socks (4th pair so far) to relax.

I am a retired disabled nurse. I have always said I do anything with needles. Knitting, crochet, tatting, sew, ect...ect. I get in moods to start projects, so I switch back & forth a lot. At times I have many WIP, but eventually they all get finished! Eventually!

That's pretty cool. I did my first video ever today (although mine is not at all informative and it's rather on the silly side), and I was really surprised at how easy it was to get up on the blog. Checking out your YouTube page too.

Hi Sandy,
You need to have some sort of a player to post a video. I use You Tube. You upload the video to You Tube then get the embed code to post it on your blog. There are other services too. You can also get a link if working with html code is not easy with your blog. Then the link opens to play it on You Tube. You can also search You Tube tutorials which may help.

You can see my You Tube Channel (theknittingdr) by clicking here now.

Or better yet, you can subscribe as a free Bronze Member on The Knitting Yarn and have access to even more videos. Just click here to subscribe or go to www.TheKnittingYarn.com/FreeMember
