When
you live in an
area with cold winters, you know how helpful a muff can be
outdoors. A muff allows you to easily put in on and off, and works
better than
gloves in keeping hands warm. It even works with gloves!
You
may also know some friends and family who have chronic
cold hands. And if so,
you know how uncomfortable they can be with cold hands — even indoors
in
winter or
in air conditioning in summer. While taking bulky gloves or
mittens on and off can be challenging, using a muff is just right.
I've
knit several of these for family and friends. The smiles these muffs
have brought
to their faces are priceless. One even refused to leave hers
at home when she went
to the hospital!
Now
you too can crochet this warm fleecy muff.
